Editor’s Note:In light of the residence life scandal at the University of Delaware, the National Association of Scholars decided to take a closer look at other colleges and universities. Was Delaware an isolated case? We didn’t believe so. Numerous clues suggested that what Delaware was doing was—and still is—happening at other institutions around the country.
